Cancellation and No- Show Policy

MBW requires 24-hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule for any non-emergencies.

If you need to reschedule, we will work to offer you times within the same week but there is no guarantee of availability or a time that will fit your scheduling needs. Appointments are scheduled in advance, and we will work together to identify the best days and times for sessions; please keep this time a priority for yourself as much as possible.

If you do not provide proper notice, we will charge your payment method on file $75 for a late cancellation fee, which is defined above as a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.  For a no-show without any contact prior to start of session, a full session fee charge of $150 for individuals and $200/250 for couples will be made to your account. There may be a receipt provided for these charges, but no superbill will be provided as there was no service conducted. In case of emergencies, please contact the office by phone or email as soon as possible to discuss options and consideration.

Late Policy
 
If you are running late to your appointment, please be mindful that we are scheduled for 50 or 90 minute blocks. The session rate is not prorated based on the time spent in session; the fees will be charged for the full time that was scheduled. It's always best to communicate any delays or questions as they come up. Please reach out as soon as you know you may be late and we can plan accordingly.
